Small Business Saturday

Do you plan to support small businesses and shop locally on this upcoming weekend?  If so, GREAT, we're thankful for your investments!  If not, here are some things that might make you reconsider:

1.  The 2nd Annual Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year. 

2.  On Sat. Nov. 26th customers are encouraged to "shop small" at their favorite local stores to help fuel the economy.  All of our "small" purchases can add up to make a HUGE difference.

3.  For every $100 spent at a locally-owned business, $68 stays in the local economy compared to only $43 if spent at a national chain.  (Also, locally-owned businesses contribute more to local charities and fundraisers than do their national counterparts).

So, if you plan to shop small on Sat. Nov. 26th I encourage you to "Like" the Small Business Saturday fb page where you can easily enter your ZIP to find popular small businesses on Facebook near you!
