The Countdown is On...Only 11 Days Until We Celebrate Smiles

Spring has sprung, the Easter bunny has left a trail of candy, and although this weeks' weather does NOT feel like it is April, we can't believe half the month has almost zipped by!  In the midst of your busy life, many responsibilities and ever changing task list, have you made the time to make a difference in the life of a child with our Celebration of Smiles campaign? 

On April 21, 2012 our goal is to book 10 mini sessions so that we can raise $240 (the cost to repair just one child's smile). With just a $24 donation, you and your loved ones can participate in a fun, photography session which will benefit a child with a cleft lip, palate or other facial deformity and you will receive a complimentary desk sized portrait for no additional cost!  We hope you'll join us in reaching our goal and invite you to call the studio today @ 651-762-3611.  Limited appointments available.

Have you heard about GO KIDS DAY?  If not, I'm here to report that it's a WONDERFUL organization, started in 2010, that encourages the public to shop locally through coupons and deals in the area and at the same time gives back to the local community, especially its schools!  In fact, in reference to White Bear Lake Area Schools in particular, GO KIDS DAY has already given $4,500.00!  WOW!  I had to read that again becuase that's an awesome amount of money that is definitely needed in these hard budget times.     

As stated on their website, "GO KIDS DAY provides a low cost, multi-channel community marketing system that drives awareness, sales and loyalty for participating local businesses. The entire community is encouraged to shop locally through a variety of coupons and deals offered by the businesses participating on the GO KIDS DAY marketing system. This system promotes these offers online through the web, social media and mobile devices, and on the ground through a variety of print, press releases, and newsletter avenues. Offers and deals are also emailed to local residents and organizations who have requested them."
