Unveiled Wedding Fair on Super Bowl Sunday

It's here, it's here!  The UNVEILED Wedding Fair - The Ultimate Wedding Planning Event will take place this Sunday...(yes, it's scheduled on Super Bowl Sunday) February 5, 2012 from 11am - 4pm at the Minneapolis Convention Center (1301 2nd Avenue South, Mpls, MN 55403).  We are excited to report that we are a vendor at the event, and we will be representing our wedding photography.

We are ready to meet all the excited, engaged couples (and their family and friends) and look forward to showing you that we've got what you want for for your wedding photography!  Plus we've just gotten in some great wedding album samples and have a terrific wedding reception idea you won't want to miss.  We are also super excited about something new we'll be incorporating at the event and we hope you'll stop by our booth (#113) to see what we're so excited about!

Tickets are just $10 at the door ($15 if you want access to one of four fashion shows scheduled for  12pm, 1pm, 2pm or 3pm.  The Wedding TrendSpot Fashion Show will unveil the latest trends directly from the runways of New York's Couture Bridal Market.).  The event is also having a Honeymoon Giveaway .  Simply click on the link and complete the form on the UNVEILED website to enter to win a $4,000 Honeymoon including air and hotel for 7 nights to any Mexico or Caribbean destination offered by Delta Vacations.

We hope you'll visit us on Sunday at the Mpls. Convention Center.  You'll have plenty of time to peruse the fabulous vendors and displays before your Superbowl party even begins!  Oh and in the meantime we hope you enjoy some more of our wedding work.  (To see more of our wedding and engagement images, visit our website and/or browse through our Jan. 28th, 2012 blog entry).

A Great Time at the Wedding Fair!

Thanks to all of you that visited our booth at the TCBA Wedding Fair yesterday.  Due to some luck, we were able to take advantage of a double-sized display booth.  It took a little bit of last minute design work by Tonya and Chrissy Miller of Christina Lynn Interiors, but we think you'll agree that the resulting booth had the desired impact.  For those of you that weren't able to make it, here's what you missed:

We wanted to get that homey feeling of being in your living room.  Well... we didn't invade your living room, but just pretend your relaxing at home, and your walls too are decorated with fabulous photos.

Here are a couple more photos with a little closer look.  Those of you on Facebook might recognize the winner of our backdrop survey hanging in the middle.  That would be "Cellar Stairs Teal" though it looks more steel in the harsh convention center lighting.  And on the right, our handout card for this show starring Crystal and Aaron (thanks guys!)

Next we see a couple of potential clients being very impressed by our 8"x20" coffee table album, which is always an eye-catcher and a crowd favorite.  On the right, Sabrina always delivers service with a smile; here she awaits the crowd after the fashion show.  The new booth floor plan was interesting because we split our samples between the 2 corner tables.  Because of this, I know that some of you out there didn't get to both tables, and thus didn't see all of our samples.  We'd love for you to come into our studio at any time and see what you missed.

Lastly, a couple more closeups of some of the details.  Our very popular boudoir sessions are featured on the left (yes, we ran out of brochures for these again!  Call for details.)  We also want to give a special thanks to Christina Lynn Interiors for not only helping with the staging but also lending us the lamp and candlestick, which were a great addition to our living room display.  Too bad they wouldn't let us have an open flame.  Thanks!

If you missed out on all the fun, don't forget to give us a call to set up a consultation.  We'd love to have you stop by the studio.
